Qualifications

• Level 3 Childcare qualification required.
• Experience working with children in early years settings preferred.
• Ability to support SEN requirements as part of a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to support children's learning.
• Key Person role: oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
