Job Title: SEN Teaching Daily Rate: £95-£110

Contract: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:30pm)

Location: Croydon, South London

Academics, one of London's leading education recruitment agencies, is excited to recruit enthusiastic and proactive SEN Teaching Assistants to work in dynamic and supportive school catering to learners aged 4 to 18 with diverse special educational needs.

About the Role:
  • Support learners aged 4-16 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex learning needs.
  • Work within small class groups of 8-10 pupils alongside a teacher and at least 3 other TAs.
  • Deliver personalised support, foster trust, and help create a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, parents, and carers to help each student thrive.
  • Assist with personal care and swimming sessions when required.
