• Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance the quality of initial instruction.
• Deliver educational activities to students under supervision and adapt to needs.
• Aid in students' learning to meet expected progress levels.
• Support literacy or numeracy when students struggle to progress.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, energy, resilience and perseverance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance the quality of initial instruction, provide support to individuals, small groups, and entire classes as necessary.
• Deliver educational activities to students under an established supervision framework, making adjustments based on student reactions and requirements.
• Aid in students' learning process to ensure they achieve at least the expected level of progress.
• Support teachers in classrooms where students' literacy skills pose a hindrance to their advancement.
• Customize existing literacy or numeracy teaching materials to suit individual needs.
