Dovetail and Slate Ltd is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to help learners in college settings across the UK. The roles involve 1:1 and small-group support for students with additional learning needs and assisting teachers to create an inclusive learning environment.

Roles are full-time, part-time, with term-time options and weekly pay. Enhanced DBS or safeguarding training is preferred; no formal teaching qualifications required, just enthusiasm for supporting learners in their education

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEN children or young adults.
• Experience in education.
• OR an extensive care background.
• Knowledge of additional learning needs.
• Up to date Safeguarding training, or a willingness to obtain.
• Enhanced DBS or a willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• 1:1 and group support of students with additional learning needs.
• Supporting teachers/lecturers to ensure an inclusive learning environment for SEN students.
• Safeguarding of vulnerable learners.
• Full time and part time hours are available.
• Term time only roles are available also.
