Job summary
Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant in Henfield to support SEN learners aged 5 to 16 years. This permanent position offers excellent career progression opportunities in a supportive school environment. The role requires a positive approach to teaching and working with children, as well as maths and English GCSE or equivalent qualifications. This full-time role is Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30, with training and development opportunities provided.
Qualifications
Any experience level will be considered; direct SEN experience not essential.
Relevant experience or knowledge of working with children or young people.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
Supporting KS1- KS5 SEN learners on a 1:1, small group and classroom basis.
Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress.
