Job summary

The Milestone School, Gloucester, part of SAND Academies Trust, is seeking a Learning Partner/Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across classes. The role requires enthusiasm, hard work and a passion for helping every pupil reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN).

Responsibilities

• Assist teaching staff to deliver learning activities.
• Support pupils during class, groups and 1:1 where appropriate.
• Help create a positive learning environment and monitor progress.
