Job summary

Randstad NV is recruiting an Individual Needs Assistant for a leading SEN school in the county. You will provide 1:1 and small group support in a part-residential setting, with access to outdoor learning spaces and specialist studios.

The role offers a highly competitive salary, full training, and on-site facilities including meals, parking, and staff amenities. Start ASAP, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, full-time.

Qualifications

• Relevant childcare, teaching assistant or care experience (Must be able to provide references)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Experience supporting children or adults with SEN needs (desirable)
• Calm, nurturing and resilient individual

Responsibilities

• Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
• Supporting the educational and general well being of SEN learners
