REESON Education is recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students with Autism and Severe Learning Disabilities at a multi-site school in Barking and Dagenham. You will work closely with SEN pupils across key stages, assisting in lessons, small groups, and personal care, while collaborating with teachers to foster a positive classroom environment.

Qualificações

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Degree or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive team player.

Responsabilidades

• Support SEN pupils across all key stages.
• Assist SEN pupils with learning on 1-2-1 and small group basis.
• Assist SEN pupils with personal care.
• Support the Class Teacher in delivering lessons and class management.
• Be a positive and encouraging presence in class.
• Think creatively to make learning fun and accessible for SEN students.
• Help pupils achieve and enjoy learning and become more independent.
