We are national specialist providers of academic, emotional and social support for students aged 5 – 25, who for whatever reason are either struggling with or cannot access education.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing 1:1 support to young people in their homes or a public setting.
  • Delivering personalised, creative sessions that reflect each learner’s needs, interests, and abilities.
  • Sessions run during the school day (term time only) and typically last 3 to 5 hours.
  • Working flexibly (on a bank staff contract) as part of a compassionate, expert-led team that values you, your skills and creative input.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Education professionals with experience supporting children and young people with SEN and SEMH needs.
  • Experience delivering or supporting English and Maths at Primary or Secondary levels, along with other subjects if possible.
  • A minimum of 2 consistent weekdays of availability.
  • Up-to-date understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
