• Experience in working with children aged 4-11 with SEN.
• Patience and passion for inclusive education.
• Resilient in managing classroom behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes when teachers are absent.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons effectively.
• Ensure pupils remain engaged and supervised.

Skills

Experience working in SEN or PRU settings

Strong understanding of SEMH and positive behaviour strategies

Ability to manage classrooms and deliver pre-set work effectively

Skilled in de-escalating challenging situations calmly and safely

Education

English & Maths GCSE A*-C or equivalent
