Booker Park School in Aylesbury is seeking a Class Teacher with Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) to join our dedicated team. You will lead a designated class, plan tailored learning, and work with therapists to support holistic development.

The role welcomes applicants from primary, secondary, and SEN backgrounds, with full training provided for SEN specialism. This permanent, full-time post offers MPS 1-6 (£32,916-£45,352) plus SEN allowance and a TLR1.

• TLR Responsibilities: Driving improvement and raising standards; Monitoring, evaluating and developing teaching and learning; Supporting and coaching colleagues to improve practice; Analyzing performance data and implementing strategies to improve outcomes; Leading curriculum development and ensuring progression across the school; Contributing to self-evaluation and improvement planning; Delivering staff training and sharing best practice.
