An outstanding educational institution in Shepperton is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to lead a class of up to 10 children with special educational needs. The role includes collaborating with a supportive team and ensuring the well-being and development of students. Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, committed and have experience of working with children and young people with ASD/SLD/CSCN.
They will have joint responsibility (shared with another part-time teacher) for a class of up to 10 children, supported in class by a Senior Teaching Assistant and a number of Teaching Assistants, and more widely by a supportive senior management team.
Applicants should be aware that Manor Mead School is in the process of joining the London South East Academies Trust (LSEAT), with the transfer date likely to be January 2026. At this time, all staff will transfer to LSEAT under TUPE regulations. Details are on our website and we would be happy to provide full details on request.
