An educational support organization in Ipswich seeks an SEN Centre Support Lead to manage individualised SEN Support Plans, conduct EHCP reviews, and support diverse learner needs. The role involves managing SEN Support Plans by developing, implementing, and overseeing individualised plans. It includes attending and contributing to EHCP reviews with the Centre Manager ensuring plans are updated for effectiveness. The position requires working collaboratively with staff to develop strategies for diverse learner needs, supporting Learning Support Assistants with guidance and tools, and ensuring resource allocation. Direct intervention through 1-1 and small group sessions is essential to support learner progress. The role also includes leading meetings, maintaining communication with parents, assisting high-needs learners during enrolment and organising transition activities to aid learner integration.

Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, 1-hour lunch unpaid, 37.5 hours per week.
