Role Summary

As the Safeguarding Administrator, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and effective running of the school's safeguarding processes.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the safeguarding inbox, ensuring timely responses and clear communication
  • Overseeing the school's filtering and monitoring system, allocating detentions when required
  • Attending safeguarding meetings, including TAFs and professional strategy discussions
  • Conducting pastoral check‑ins with vulnerable students
  • Making external agency referrals under the direction of the DSL
  • Coordinating social worker visits and supporting wider pastoral operations
  • Assisting with morning registration and supporting late‑arriving students
