Merton Park Primary School in London is seeking a Teaching Assistant to provide learning and care support for a pupil with SEN to help them progress on their EHCP.
You will work with teachers to plan and deliver activities, support routines, and help with behaviour management and inclusion. The role requires good literacy, numeracy, ICT skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
Main purpose:
Toprovide learning and care support for an individual pupil with specialeducational needs (SEN) to help them to work towards the outcomes on theireducation and health care plan (EHCP)
Towork with the pupil’s teacher(s) to plan and deliver activities
Tosupport the pupil with routines, transitions and behaviour management
