Randstad NV advertises an Individual Needs Assistant role at a leading SEN school in the county. The role focuses on 1:1 and small group support for learners with SEN and complex needs, within a vibrant, fully equipped educational setting.

You will join a friendly team, provide high-quality care and support, and help create a calm, engaging learning environment while promoting wellbeing and inclusive education. Start ASAP, Monday to Friday, 8:30–16:30.

Qualifications

• Must have childcare/teaching assistant experience with references.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience supporting children or adults with SEN is desirable.
• Calm, nurturing and resilient individual.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis.
• Supporting the educational and general wellbeing of SEN learners.
• Promoting, encouraging and creating a fun and engaging learning environment.
