Job summary

Gi Group in Nottinghamshire is seeking a Semi-Skilled Electrical Fitter for a temporary to permanent position. Immediate start available with training provided.

You will assemble electrical components, perform wiring, crimping, and cable preparation, test units for compliance, and diagnose faults during assembly. The role involves working with low and medium-voltage components using hand and power tools with overtime paid at a premium.

Qualifications

• Previous electrical experience or relevant electrical qualifications.
• Basic understanding of electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Ability to use a wide variety of hand and power tools.
• Good problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.

Semi-skilled Electrical Fitter required for our well-established company based in Nottinghamshire. If you have any electrical knowledge, experience or qualifications then this might be the role for you!

The Role:

• Assemble a wide range of electrical components
• Perform electrical tasks such as wiring, crimping and cable preparation
• Test units to ensure compliance with electrical standards

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in an electrical role or hold relevant electrical qualifications
