The Role

In this role, you will be a key part of the audit team, working on a range of client accounts across different sectors. You will support the planning, execution, and completion of audits, ensuring high-quality deliverables and exceptional client service. This position offers clear progression opportunities and the chance to take on increasing responsibility over time.

Your key responsibilities as the Semi-Senior / Senior Auditor:
  • Undertake audits from planning through to completion, including preparation of working papers and financial statements.
  • Assist in reviewing junior team members’ work and provide guidance where necessary.
  • Maintain effective client relationships, liaising with clients on audit progress and findings.
  • Contribute to internal and external compliance processes and help ensure deadlines are met.
  • Identify areas for improvement in clients’ processes and controls, providing practical recommendations.
To be considered for the role of Semi-Senior / Senior Auditor, you will have/be:
  • ACA / ACCA qualified, or part-qualified with strong experience in audit.
  • Previous experience within a UK practice environment, with exposure to audits across multiple sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
