Job summary

You will prepare year-end accounts, tax computations and VAT returns, while developing your accounts and tax knowledge and progressing towards a Senior level. The position is based in Oxford with an emphasis on accurate bookkeeping and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in an accountancy practice and bookkeeping.
• Studying towards AAT/ACA/ACCA.
• Familiar with Xero, QuickBooks or Sage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships.
• Prepare corporation tax computations and VAT returns.
• Review bookkeeping records and keep assignments on track to deadlines.
• Liaise with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
