Role
Core Accounting Responsibilities
  • Prepare statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
  • Produce management accounts and financial reports for diverse client portfolio
  • Support audit processes including planning, fieldwork and client reviews
  • Handle bookkeeping oversight and month-end / year-end procedures
Client Development & Growth
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
  • Participate in client meetings and provide technical support and guidance
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and practice growth strategies
  • Collaborate with senior team members on complex accounting and advisory projects
What You’ll Bring
Essential Requirements
  • 2-4 years UK practice experience in a similar semi senior or senior accounts role
  • Professional qualification: ATT, ACCA, ACA or CTA (part or fully qualified)
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102 and statutory reporting requirements
  • Experience with accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) and Excel proficiency
