Semi Senior Accountant - Sevenoaks, Kent

Our client, a thriving Practice company, is seeking a diligent Semi Senior Accountant to join their team in Sevenoaks, Kent. If you have experience as a Semi Senior or Part Qualified Accountant and are eager to exceed client expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client manager responsibilities for aportfolio of clients
  • Preparation of proposals for new and existing clients
  • Preparation and reviewing of VAT returns
  • Preparation and reviewing of basic management accounts
  • Preparation of CIS returns
  • Preparation of statutory reporting
  • Year-end opening balance adjustments
  • Preparation of Corporation Tax returns
  • Company secretarial services
  • Reviewing work from a Client Assistant prior to publishing this within Xero or relevant accounting system
  • Go to person – for initial client queries
  • Software support for clients
  • Xero and app setups/training
  • Budgets/forecasts with clients
  • Training Client Assistant and Client Adviser roles
General Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-level client service with a focus on value addition
  • Meet client deadlines and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data
  • Act as the go-to person for client queries
