Qualifications
At least 6 months' experience working with young people with SEMH or challenging behaviour.
Experience within a PRU, Alternative Provision or SEND setting is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Support students with SEMH, Autism and behavioural challenges on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
Work closely with teachers, mentors and behaviour leads to implement individual support plans.
Encourage personal growth, resilience and positive choices.
