Job summary

Equitas Group is seeking a confident and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision supporting pupils aged 11–16 with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will support pupils 1:1 and in classroom, helping manage challenging behaviour and emotional regulation, and build relationships to promote engagement with learning in a supportive setting in the UK.

This role requires calm, consistency and the ability to foster trust with young people who may display

Qualifications

• Experience in SEMH, SEN, PRU or related settings is desirable.
