Job description
SEMH Teaching Assistant

Contract – Temporary, maternity cover
Hours – 29.33 per week / 39 weeks per annum, term time only
Salary – Scale 4 Point 7 (FTE £30,285.00)

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to support children with SEMH in one of our specialist provisions. The successful candidate will be required to deliver high quality support and interventions.

Heathfield is a federated Infant and Junior school where every child feels important, succeeds and aspires to something greater. We are proud of the support we offer to children with SEMH. We have a dedicated team of experienced Teaching Assistants led by our TA Team Leader. We have high expectations of our children with SEMH and work in partnership with families to ensure they achieve their very best. We are actively seeking candidates who are looking to develop their support skills further within a school context.
