A specialist education recruitment agency is seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant in Salisbury. This role involves supporting students aged 6-18 with special educational needs in a nurturing environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in SEMH and SEND, understand Trauma-Informed Care, and possess strong communication skills. The position is full-time with working hours of Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30, and includes holiday pay and access to training.

You’ll play a key part in helping classroom teachers provide exceptional support to students between the ages of 6-18 years old. The students at this school have primary diagnoses / additional needs of the following:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
