Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in delivering lessons tailored to SEMH/SEN pupils.
  • Work one‑to‑one or in small groups to support learning, confidence, and social development.

  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to provide holistic support.
About You
  • Experience supporting children with SEMH or SEN needs in a school or specialist setting.
  • Resilient, patient, and empathetic, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviour in a positive and restorative way.
  • Passionate about helping children develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEN/SEMH support are desirable.
