Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking an SEMH Teaching Assistant for day-to-day supply in a Devon setting supporting pupils aged 7 to 16 with SEMH, ASC, and communication needs. The role focuses on holistic, pupil-centred development within an innovative SEN environment.

You will deliver 1:1 and small group support, assist with learning plans, and participate in outdoor learning to foster social and emotional growth, maintaining a calm and structured classroom for pupils with complex needs.

Qualifications
