SEND Teaching Assistant (Full-Time, Long-Term)

Pay: £100 - £110 per day

We are recruiting a committed and caring SEND Teaching Assistant to work full‑time on a long‑term basis at a small, supportive independent special school setting. You will work with pupils across a wide age range, from primary through secondary years, supporting learners with diverse needs, including autism, anxiety, and specific learning difficulties.

  • Support individuals and small groups under teacher direction in both academic and pastoral capacities.
  • Foster an inclusive and nurturing learning environment, adapting resources and strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and provide clear communication with learners and colleagues.
