Job summary

Simply Education is recruiting on behalf of an SEMH school in Lincoln to appoint a dedicated and resilient Teacher from September on a full-time basis. You will support students with diverse SEMH needs and play a vital role in creating a positive classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will have fully qualified teacher status, strong SEMH knowledge, and excellent relationship-building skills with students, staff and parents.

Simply Education is currently working with an SEMH school in Lincoln to recruit dedicated and resilient Teacher to join their team from September. This will be a full time position. As a teacher in an SEMH provision, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working in SEMH, SEN, or a similar educational setting.
• A high level of resilience and the ability to manage and support challenging behaviour in a calm and effective manner.
• A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring young people.
