Job description

We are seeking a resilient, compassionate, and skilled SEMH Teacher to join a dedicated specialist team at a forward-thinking SEMH school in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity to transform learning experiences for young people who require tailored support to reach their potential.

In this role, you will plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons that engage and motivate students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Understanding of trauma-informed practice and strategies for supporting SEMH learners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
