You will support young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, delivering tailored mentoring sessions to help them re-engage with education. • Proven experience working with young people in education, AP, youth work or pastoral roles.

• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group mentoring sessions.
• Act as a primary support for selected students.
• Build trusted, positive relationships with pupils.
