About the Schools & Provisions

Our partner schools and provisions provide inclusive, restorative and highly supportive environments where pupils are encouraged to develop self-confidence, emotional resilience and lifelong learning skills.

Class sizes are small, allowing staff to deliver personalised learning experiences and focus on each pupil's holistic development. The curriculum balance core academic subjects with social, emotional and practical learning, helping young people gain the tools they need to succeed both in and beyond education.

Our partner schools place a strong emphasis on values such as respect, honesty, perseverance and kindness, ensuring that every learner feels valued, safe and understood.

We welcome applicants who are:

  • Compassionate, patient and adaptable.
  • Able to remain calm and positive in challenging situations.
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for children with additional needs.
