Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and complex needs (SEMH).
• Pastoral approach to personal, social or learning development.
• Experience intervening to support pupils in crisis or trauma.
• Reading and phonics-focused interventions for individuals or small groups.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with challenging behaviour and complex needs in SEMH settings.
• Deliver bespoke reading/phonics interventions to individuals or small groups.
• Work with staff to implement bespoke strategies and interventions.
• Supervise pupils during lunch and breaks as directed.
