• Provide positive and aspirational outcomes for pupils with SEMH needs.
• Deliver high-quality support and engagement to facilitate learning and wellbeing.
• Support learning and secure physical and emotional wellbeing while raising self-esteem.
• Work primarily with EYFS and KS1/2, with flexibility to cover KS1-3.
