Job summary

Willow Vale School seeks a creative and passionate teacher to deliver a differentiated, tailored curriculum across our secondary sites in Bridgwater. The post involves supporting HLTAs and leading small-group learning, with a focus on re-engagement for students with gaps in education.

The role requires delivering the full core curriculum and foundation areas, plus literacy and numeracy interventions, while working within a dynamic, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, positive, creative and resilient practitioners who can support children and young people.
• Experience working with young people who may have significant gaps in their education.
• Ability to deliver a full core curriculum, alongside foundation areas, literacy and numeracy.
• Willingness to support HLTAs in delivery and planning of lessons.
• Flexible, relational approach and ability to adapt to individual needs.
• Criminal background check via Disclosure procedure and right to work in the UK required.

Responsibilities
