Job summary

Randstad Education is recruiting for a temporary role in a SEMH school based in Burgess Hill, starting September. The position is term-time only with a view to a permanent role after a 12-week probation.

Salary is £89-£100 per day, with hours Monday-Thursday 08:30-15:30 and Friday 08:30-15:00. Applicants must be able to provide personal care for ages 5-16, have or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS on the update service, and have a minimum of 6 months experience in mental health, crisis

Qualifications

• Ability to perform personal care for ages 5-16.
• Willing to undergo Enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in mental health, crisis support, or youth justice.
• Grades 4/C in English and Maths GCSE.
• A driving licence and access to a car (remote campus).
• Trauma-informed approach to learning and support.
