Connex Education Partnership is seeking confident SEMH Cover Supervisors to work across Bristol in specialist settings. Roles range from day-to-day supply to short- and long-term placements to support pupils with SEMH needs and behaviour challenges.

You will help maintain continuity of learning during teacher absences, engage students, and promote a safe, structured classroom environment while adhering to safeguarding policies. Immediate opportunities available.

Salary: £120–£140 per day (depending on experience and responsibilities)

About the Role

Connex Education is recruiting confident and adaptable SEMH Cover Supervisors to work within specialist educational settings across Bristol, with opportunities available immediately.

We have opportunities available on a day-to-day supply, short-term and long-term basis, making this an ideal role for those seeking flexibility or looking to gain valuable classroom experience before progressing into teaching.

The settings support pupils who may have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, behavioural challenges, additional learning needs, school refusal and barriers to mainstream education. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences while supporting pupils to remain engaged and focused.

Key Responsibilities
