Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking dedicated teaching assistants for a SEMH school in Chichester. The temporary role pays £89–£100 per day with a view to a permanent position after a 12-week probation period. Roles start in September and run term-time to allow school holidays off.

Must have Enhanced DBS on update service or be willing to obtain it. Hours are Monday-Thursday 08:30–15:30 and Friday 08:30–15:00; driving licence and access to a car are preferred.

Qualifications

• DBS Enhanced check on the update service or willingness to obtain it.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in mental health, crisis support, or youth justice.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
• A driving licence and access to a car.
• Traumatic-informed approach to learning and support.

Overview

Temporary role (£89-100 per day) with a view to a permanent role transition (£23,000 per annum) after a 12-week probationary period.

We are searching for dedicated teaching assistants to join the supportive and fulfilling community at our SEMH school based in Chichester. Roles available to start in September and term time working only to allow for freedom during the school holidays.

Salary: £89-100 per day

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday (08:30-15:30) and Friday (08:30-15:00).

Essentials
