Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in SEN / SEMH settings is desirable.
• Excellent behaviour management skills are needed.
• Commitment to pupil wellbeing is essential.
• Willingness to attend training sessions on Tuesdays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
• Adapt lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
• Manage small classes with support from TAs.
• Build positive relationships with pupils.
• Provide a nurturing environment for learning.
