Job summary

TikTok London is offering a project internship with the Seller Experience Team, focused on improving the seller journey from onboarding to listing, violations handling, and education.

You will work cross-functionally with Operations, GNE, Product, and various XFN teams on high-priority projects, gaining practical, on-the-job learning in a fast-paced environment and helping translate data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS/MS degree.
• Strong strategic thinking to prioritize issues and to break down the issues for solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in project management, preferably in a cross-functional setting.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Solution Development: Prioritize key issues and create and deliver systematic, actionable solutions to improve seller experience. Collaborate with XFN teams to ensure cohesive implementation.
• Project Management: Drive and manage the progress of key projects in collaboration with GNE, Product and other XFN teams, ensuring successful implementation.
• Seller Experience Research: Design, implement, and continually refine methodologies to conduct seller experience research to identify and address blockers and pain points.
• Data Analysis & Metrics Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and interpret key metrics related to seller experience. Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement improvements.
• Review & Communication: Facilitate preparation of key review meetings and communication to project sponsors to ensure transparency and support decision making.
