Job summary

InPost seeks independent Service Delivery Partners across the UK to deliver parcels in assigned districts. You run your own business, manage van operations, and handle driver pay for any team you oversee.

Training is provided and you’ll benefit from a flexible, self‑employed setup with the potential to expand into more areas. Drivers must own a 3.5 tonne van, have a team and fleet, hold the required insurance, and possess a valid UK/EC licence with the right to work.

Qualifications

• Must have your own 3.5 tonne van
• Must have your own team of drivers and fleet of vans
• Goods in transit and public liability insurance
• Limited Company registered
• Full UK or EC/EEA valid driver's licence
• Right to work documentation
• Support for your drivers to ensure the successful delivery of our parcels, 6 days a week

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels safely and on time within your assigned district
• Plan and follow your own route; load parcels from the local Service Centre and drive your van(s) to delivery points
• Collect parcels, scan and load them, then complete deliveries as part of your self‑employed business
• Partner with InPost to grow your business and potentially expand into additional areas
