Job summary

The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) in Wales invites you to become a self-employed Membership Advisor, running your own sales business with the backing of a trusted national organisation. You’ll control your schedule, build relationships with local small business decision-makers, and grow your income through uncapped commissions, supported by FSB and Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation, resilience and drive.
• A willingness to learn and develop.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) – helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Win new members for FSB and grow your income.
• Build and execute a smart territory plan.
• Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.
