PureGym Ltd. is the UK’s number one fitness brand, seeking a motivated Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach to work in our clubs. You will deliver high-energy coaching, run inductions, and help members achieve their goals while keeping the gym floor welcoming and well-maintained.

You’ll operate as a self-employed trainer with access to PureGym resources, education, discounts, and marketing support to grow your client base while enjoying a rent-free first month and ongoing lead generation workshops.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification required.
• Experience delivering fitness coaching and inductions.
• Ability to engage members and drive sign-ups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group classes and 1:1 coaching in PureGym locations.
• Lead inductions and onboarding for new members.
• Maintain gym floor and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
