Job summary

PureGym is seeking a self-employed Personal Trainer to deliver group classes and one-to-one coaching at our UK gyms. You will guide inductions, help members start or progress their fitness journeys, and contribute to a welcoming, well-kept gym floor.

The role offers rent-free first month, access to PureGym’s member base, and a full range of learning resources, including CIMSPA-accredited courses, webinars, and mentoring. A Level 3 PT qualification is required.

• A passion for fitness and wellbeing.
• Someone who embodies ‘Feel PureGym good’ in all that they do.
• A Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classes, inductions, and support member engagement.
• Ensure safe enjoyment of the gym and a positive member experience.
• Maintain the gym floor and keep facilities clean and well presented.
