Job summary

Jrpattesting is rapidly expanding across the UK and seeking experienced PAT Engineers to conduct safety tests on portable electrical appliances. The role offers flexible hours and self-employment, requiring engineers to have their own insurance and calibrated equipment.

You will travel to various sites including hospitals and offices, using instruments to ensure safety and provide certification. A City & Guilds 2377 qualification is mandatory, and technical support along with branded clothing will be provided.

Qualifications

• Hold a City & Guilds 2377 PAT qualification or equivalent.
• Possess your own calibrated testing equipment.
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
• Be reliable and hold a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various sites to test portable electrical appliances.
• Use testing instruments to determine safety and record results.
• Prepare and submit detailed test reports.

Proven competence as per City & Guilds 2377 standard

Reliable transport
