- Assisting with expenses management and generating invoices via Excel, leveraging your understanding of basic formulas and formatting.
- Research on various topics as needed, providing valuable insights for ongoing projects.
- Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and the internal team to support project progress.
- Organising schedules and prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines while remaining adaptable to reactive duties.
- Supporting occasional site visits and project meetings to stay aligned with project developments.
