Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting motivated Delivery Drivers (Cat B) to join a leading parcel delivery operation in Redhill. You will drive a van on local routes, delivering parcels with a focus on customer service and reliability.

This self-employed role offers paid training, a daily earnings target of £180–£200, and flexible weekend work. Immediate starts are available, with van rental and fuel contribution to support your daily deliveries.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence held for at least 12 months for owner-drivers or 24 months for drivers using a provided van.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no active IN, DR or TT endorsements.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Availability to work some weekend days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels to customers on a local route.
• Represent a well-known delivery network with excellent customer service.
• Load and unload parcels efficiently from the van.
• Drive safely and responsibly while managing your delivery route.
• Start each day with the support and tools needed to complete deliveries.
