Job summary

Reed Wellbeing is seeking Self-Employed Health & Wellbeing Coaches to deliver NHS Healthier You programme sessions across Lincolnshire. The role involves group and one-to-one coaching, with a flexible 12–20 hours per week and travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating groups and coaching individuals to healthier behaviours.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a person-centred approach.
• Ability to engage people from diverse backgrounds and varying health literacy levels.
• Demonstrable IT skills to record data and meet reporting requirements.
• Willingness to participate in CPD and mandatory training.
• Evenings and weekends availability; willing to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS Healthier You programme sessions in group or one-to-one settings.
• Motivate and empower participants to adopt sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Adapt delivery to diverse needs and learning styles; create inclusive environments.
• Monitor progress, review outcomes, and identify additional support needs.
• Signpost participants to local health and wellbeing services as required.
• Participate in training, supervision, and quality improvement activities.
