This role will deliver across one or more programmes that make up the NHS Healthier You service. These programmes include the Diabetes Prevention Programme (DPP), Type 2 Diabetes Pathway to Remission Programme (T2DR), Behavioural Support for Obesity Prescribing Programme (BSOP) and Long-Term Conditions Prevention Pilot (LTCP).
As a Self-Employed Health & Wellbeing Coach, you will be responsible for the engagement and delivery of sessions in both group and/or one-to-one settings with participants.
Sessions are delivered face-to-face across Nottinghamshire, therefore flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential.
Applicants must also have access to their own vehicle and hold a full UK driving licence.
Expected availability for programme delivery is between 12 and 20 hours per week.
In return, you will receive £50 per 90 Minute session.
