As a Self-Employed Estate Agent you’ll generate leads, conduct valuations, win instructions, negotiate sales and shepherd clients through their property journey with control over how you work.

• Prior estate agency experience within the UK is essential.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and negotiating sales.

The Opportunity

As a Self-Employed Estate Agent, you'll take ownership of building and growing your business within your chosen area.

You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting valuations, winning instructions, negotiating sales and managing clients throughout their property journey.

Unlike a traditional employed role, you'll have the freedom to decide how you work, where you work and how you grow your business, whilst benefiting from the support, systems and reputation of the Nested brand.

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous estate agency experience within the UK
• Experience winning instructions and negotiating sales
• Strong local market knowledge
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
